This policy describes how the Expenses Excel app by Sunriserain handles your data.
What data we collect
- Receipt photos — processed locally on device via Apple Vision OCR. The photos themselves are not sent to our servers.
- Recognized receipt text — sent to the DeepSeek API for structuring (items, amounts, dates). Not stored on our side after the response.
- Local expense database — all records are stored on your device.
- Technical logs — anonymous crash reports via Sentry.
How we use the data
- To recognize and save your receipts to your local database.
- To fix bugs.
Third parties
Receipt text is sent to the DeepSeek API for structuring. DeepSeek processes requests under its own policy and does not retain them for training. No other transfers — we do not sell or share your data.
Data deletion
Uninstalling the app deletes all local data from the device.
Children
Not intended for children under 13.
